1.Call Our Expert
ou should call us or fill out an order form on our web-site. To accept
your order we need the following details: address of a facility, number
and approximate sizes of rooms where ceiling would be installed, date
and time for our expert visit, preferable terms for order completion and
your contact telephone number. The expert will bring a set of documents
including stretched ceiling color and finish samples. The expert will
take required measurements, calculate the cost of associated work,
recommend on the way your premises should be prepared and finally
approve installation terms.
2.Ceiling Manufacture
When an order is finalized, manufacturing process starts when stretched
ceiling is custom-made for each facility. Minimum term – 3 days.
3.Ceiling Installation
On agreed day 2 installers come to your place bringing
ready-to-be-installed ceiling and start installation. It takes about
several hours to install single ceiling depending on structural
complexity and size of a room. When the work is done, the facility is
delivered upon execution of applicable certificates.
* - Waiver of guarantee liabilities:
You may be denied guarantee service if it is revealed that:
- inside temperature was below 0°C or over 50°C;
- self-made "insertions" were introduced into the ceiling surface, for
example, smoke detectors, etc.;
- physical damage was caused through the customer’s fault.
If stretched ceiled is damaged by leakage from the above apartment, we
recommend calling us ASAP. Our experts will restore its condition. If
you pierce or cut the ceiling by accident, we will fix a patch onto the
film that will not be noticeable.
